摘要
使用 Philips SEM 505型扫描电子显微镜观察了氯镁水泥硬化体中水化产物的形态及不同活性 MgO配制的氯镁水泥水化产物的生长,研究了 MgO 的活性及不同水灰比对氯镁水泥浆体硬化过程中结构强度发展的影响。结果表明,硬化体中水化产物至少有三种不同的存在形态;MgO 的活性影响水化产物的发育及结晶结构网的形成;在氯镁水泥浆体结构发展过程中,对于过饱和度较高的液相,提高水灰比会引起结构强度的下降;当硬化体中存在结晶应力时,适当提高水灰比对结构强度的发展有利。
The morphologies of hydration products in hardened magnesium oxychloridecement were observed by using scanning electron microscopy.The effects of theactivity of MgO and the ratio of water to cement on the process of strength deve-lopment in magnesium oxychloride cement were also investigated.The results showedthat at least three various morphologies of hydration products appeared in hardenedmagnesium oxychloride cement,and the activity of MgO influenced not only thedevelopment of crystalline reaction products but also the formation of crystallineskeleton in magnesium oxychloride cement paste.In case of crystalline stress existingin hardenend magnesium oxychloride cement,the enhancement of the ratio of waterto cement would be favorable for the strength development.
