摘要
当前，职业院校与企业建立股份制办学模式，是校企合作内涵化发展的一种趋势，尽管从合作的现状来看，脆弱性、风险性，缺乏体制、机制保障等问题依然存在，但校企合作股份制模式培养人才不失为当前办好职业教育，创新人才培养模式的重要途径。
There is a trend of connotative development in the school - enterprise cooperation to establish school - running mode between vocational colleges and enterprises in share - holding system. The running mode of school - enterprise cooperation in share - holding system is an important and better way to run vocational education and to innovate the patterns for qualified personnel training, although currently existing problems such as fragility , risk, lack of system and mechanism security.
