摘要
对《绿色工房评价标准》(暂行)中节能、节地、节材和室内环境质量四个体系中涉及建筑设计的4个控制项、8个一般项和4个优选项的评价指标逐条分析研究。依据此标准三星级要求,形成了绵阳卷烟厂灾后易地重建技术改造项目联合工房的建筑设计案例,针对该项目提出了各项评价指标的量化依据及具体可行的技术措施。
It analyzed four control items,eight general items and four optimization items of Green Workshops＇ Evaluation Standards（Interim）＇s four systems related to architecture design,including energy-saving,land-saving,material saving and indoor environment quality.On this basis,and combined with the designing case of joint workshops of Mianyang Cigarettes Factory,which was rebuilt and designed after disaster,according to the three-star requirements of the above standards.The quantifying standard of each evaluation items are presented as well as some specific and available measures.
