摘要
目的阐述脑脓肿的临床特征，探讨脑脓肿的治疗方法，以提高其治疗效果。方法回顾性分析33例脑脓肿的发病，病因，影像学表现和治疗方法。结果脑脓肿好发于青壮年，血源性和隐源性脑脓肿发病率趋增高，CT检查是脑脓肿主要的诊断方法。结论对于脑脓肿的治疗，应根据病情选择方案，立体定向手术可作为脑脓肿的首选治疗方法。
Qbjective To clarify the clinical characteristic of brain abscess and to probe into the methods of treatment in order to improve the effect of treatment on brain abscess. Methods The pathogenesis etiology, imaging finds and methods of treatment were retrospectively reviewed in 33 cases with brain abscess. Results Most of cases were found in young and adult people, it is inceasing that brain abscess result from cryptogenic infection and hematogenous spread. Conclusions A set of treatment strategy of pyogenic brain abscess has been proposed and stereotactic operation seems to be the most appropriate surgical choice.
