摘要
目的分析我院药品不良反应发生的一般情况、特点及影响因素，为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法，对我院2008年-2009年收集到的81例ADR报表，分别从患者年龄与性别分布、给药途径、药品分类、累及器官系统进行统计评价。结果81例药品不良反应涉及46个药品品种，抗微生物药引起的ADR46例，占56．80％，皮肤损害34例占33．33％。结论ADR的发生率与患者的年龄、用药途径等密切相关，应加强ADR的监测和上报工作，促进临床合理用药。
Objective To analysis the general condition of ADR cases and characteristics and the predisposing factors of adverse drug reactions occurred in our hospital For the safety and rational use of drugs may be provided. Conclusion Occurrence rate of ADR relates to the distribution of patient age and Approach of using drug , we should strengthen the monitoring and reporting work,in order to promote the rational drug use.
