摘要
目的 评价β干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效、安全性及复发率。方法 采用随机对照的方法，治疗组采用β干扰素肌肉注射，同时β干扰素霜外用；对照组采用安慰剂生理盐水肌肉注射，同时β干扰素霜外用。结果 治疗组痊愈率５１ ．２８ ％ ，总有效率为６４ ．１０ ％ ，对照组痊愈率２３ ．３３ ％ ，总有效率３６ ．６７ ％ 。结论 选用β干扰素治疗皮损小而少的尖锐湿疣患者，安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety and recurrence rate for treatment of condyloma acuminata with β Interferon.Methods β interferon was injected intramuscularly to 69 patients with condyloma acuminata,NS was randomly applied for controls,β interferon cream was topically used for both two groups.Result The cure rate was 51.28% in therapeutical group and 23.33% in placebo group,respectively.Conclution β Inferferon is effective and safe for treatment of patients with fewer and little condyloma acuminata warts.
