摘要
本试验旨在研究低聚木糖对早期断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选用72头35日龄断奶,体重相近(10kg左右)的健康三元(杜×长×大)杂交仔猪,随机分成4个处理,每处理3个重复,每重复6头猪。以玉米-豆粕型日粮为基础日粮,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组为分别在基础日粮基础上添加0.01%、0.02%、0.04%低聚木糖。试验期28d。研究结果表明:①相对于对照组,0.02%低聚木糖组日增重提高15.34%(P<0.05),0.01%、0.02%低聚木糖组料重比显著降低(P<0.05),各试验组仔猪腹泻率均极显著降低(P<0.01);②各试验组仔猪的血清尿素氮和总胆固醇含量与对照组比较差异均显著(P<0.05),0.02%低聚木糖组血糖含量比对照组提高7.83%(P<0.05),血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白含量都有升高的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);③0.02%低聚木糖组的淀粉酶和碱性磷酸酶活性比对照组有显著提高(P<0.05),各试验组与对照组之间谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。④各试验组与对照组相比,断奶仔猪血清中IgG水平都显著提高(P<0.05)。除了0.01%低聚木糖组IgA略有下降外,各试验组仔猪血清中IgA和IgM较对照组都有一定程度的提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。本研究认为添加0.02%低聚木糖可在一定程度上改善断奶仔猪血清生化指标,提高断奶仔猪的生产性能。
The present study was conducted to determine the effects of Xylo-oligosaccharides supplementation in weanling pigs diet on performance and blood-serum biochemical indicators, h total of 72 crossbred piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Large white)weaned at 35 days ,weighted at an average were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group has 3 replications. The diets for these groups were added with 0. 01%,0. 02% and 0.04% XOS respectively to corn-soybean diets. The basal diet was used as control group, and the experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that @The average daily gain of 0.02% XOS treatment was increased by 15.34% (P〈0.05) compared with the control, and the feed conversion of 0. 01%,0. 02% XOS treatments were lower than that of control clearly(P〈0.05). The scouring rate of all X0S treatments were decreased significantly(P〈0.01). @Compared with the control, the contents of serum urea nitrogen and T-CHO of all experimental groups were obviously decreased (P〈0.05), and serum glucose of 0.02% XOS treatments was elevated by 7.83%(P〈0.05), while the total protein and albumin contents were not different with that of control group notably (P〉0.05). ③The amylase and alkaline phospbatase activities of 0.02% XOS were significantly higher than that of other groups (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference on glutamate pyruvate transaminase and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase between each experiment groups and the control group(P〉0. 05). ④The serum Ig6 level of the experiment groups was higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Besides 0.01% XOS group IgA have a little descend the serum IgA and IgM were elevated but not significantly(P〉0. 05). In conclusion, 0.02% XOS supplementation in weanling pigletdiet could improve blood-serum biochemical indicators and enhance growth performance.
