摘要
对广东省高教厅公布的104所普通高等院校的数据库资源进行了全面调查,结果表明,拥有图书馆主页的院校有84所,占80.77%;拥有自建数据库的院校有36所,占34.62%;购买了中文和外文数据库的分别为1043个和646个,自建数据库196个。结合相关文献,总结了广东高校图书馆数据库资源的特点,并提出了一些建议。
Based on the comprehensive database resources survey of 104 colleges and universities published by the Guangdong Provincial Education Department,there are 84 colleges and universities having library homepage,accounting for 80.77%,with 36 colleges and universities having self-building databases,accounting for 34.62%,and 1043 Chinese databases,646 foreign language databases having been bought,and 196 databases having been built.In combination with the relevant literatures,some features of database resources of Guangdong universities libraries had been summarized,and a few of suggestions were proposed.
