摘要
根据核辐射测量设计需求,以Max1847芯片为核心,设计了一种用于核探测仪器的反激式开关高压电源。分析了反激式开关电源拓扑的工作原理,给出高压电源主电路设计及其中各个元器件的设计要点,对反激变压器关键参数进行了详细的设计,并对高压电源的主要参数进行测量,给出实验分析结果。高压电源的测试结果及实际应用表明Max1847适用于核仪器高压电源系统的设计。
Using Max1847 as the core chip,a kind of flyback switching high voltage power supply was designed for nuclear instrumentation according to the design requirements of nuclear radiation measurements.The working principle of flyback switching power supply topology was analyzed.It also presented that the main circuit design of high voltage power supply,the design specifications of the various components,the key parameters of the flyback transformer,the main parameters of the high voltage power supply,as well as the analysis of the experimental results.According to the test result and practical application,Max1847 is suitable for the nuclear instrumentation's high voltage power supply system design.
