摘要
根据客车设计相关法规,考虑到制造工艺性和轻量化要求,对承载式车身6大组成部分分别进行了详细结构设计,并在UG NX5.0中建立了该客车车身数字化模型,将该数字化模型导入到ANSYS12.1软件中,就弯曲、扭转、紧急刹车等不同工况进行有限元分析,以检验该客车车身数字化模型是否满足工程应用中的强刚度条件要求,也为改进设计中有的放矢的提高其结构强刚度提供理论依据.
According to relevant regulations of design of bus,configuration of six components with body monocoque of bus was designed based on manufacturability and lightweight requirements,and corresponding digital model was programmed by means of UG NX5.0.And then the digital model was inputted to ANSYS12.1 software.Under the condition of bending,torsion and emergency braking,the strength and stiffness for the digital model were detected based on finite element method.The investigation provides theory etical basis for improving of strength and stiffness with body monocoque of bus.
