摘要
目的:了解南明河贵阳城区段不同断面水质现状。方法:采集南明河贵阳城区段五个断面(花溪水库大坝、浣沙桥、贵阳一中原校址、甲秀楼、水口寺大桥)的水样,水质检测及评价参照《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002),用玻璃电极法测pH值,碘量法测溶解氧,稀释接种法测五日生化需氧量,水杨酸分光光度法检测氨氮。结果:南明河贵阳城区段各断面存在有机污染,新近受到含氮有机物污染,自净能力下降,花溪水库大坝及浣沙桥两个断面尤为严重。结论:南明河城区段水质有待改善。
Objective: To investigate water quality in different sections of urban segment of Nanming River in Guiyang city.Methods: Water samples were collected from five different sections(dam of Huaxi reservoir,Huansha Bridge,former location of No.1 high school,Jiaxiu building,Shuikou Temple Bridge).Water quality were measured and appraised following 《Surface Water Environment Quality Standard》(GB3838-2002).Among the indexes,pH,dissolved oxygen(DO),five-day biochemistry oxygen demand(BOD),and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) were measured with glass electrode method,iodometric method,diluting and inoculating method,and salicylic acid spectrophotometry respectively.Results: Organic pollution and newly occurred nitric organic pollution were found,and self-cleaning ability declined in all the sections.The water quality at Dam of Huaxi reservoir and Huansha Bridge was much worse.Conclusions: More effective measures should be taken to improve the water quality of urban segment of Nanming River in Guiyang city.
