摘要
采用静态实验方法对硫酸钙的结晶过程进行了研究,考察了温度、Ca2+和SO42-初始浓度、其他成垢离子及阻垢剂对硫酸钙结晶过程的影响。结果表明,升高温度会缩短硫酸钙结晶初期的"诱导期",并增加晶体成核速率在结晶过程中的控制比重;Ca2+和SO42-初始浓度越大,硫酸钙结晶速度越快;HCO3-和PO43-影响硫酸钙结晶过程的原因在于溶液离子强度的变化使硫酸钙的溶度积发生改变;阻垢剂对硫酸钙结晶的抑制作用主要以抑制晶体成核过程为主。
CaSO4 crystallization process has been studied by means of static tests.The effects,such as temperature,initial concentrations of Ca2+ and SO42-,other scale-forming ions and scale inhibitors on CaSO4 crystallization process are investigated.The results show that the increase of temperature would shorten the initial inducement period of the CaSO4 crystallization,and increase the nucleation rate of control proportion in the crystallization process.The higher the initial Ca2+ and SO42-concentration are,the faster the CaSO4 crystallization speed is.The causes of HCO3-and PO43-having influences on CaSO4 crystallization process are that the change of solution ion strength changes the solubility product of CaSO4.The inhibitory effect of scale inhibitors on CaSO4 crystallization process is mainly on the nucleation process of inhibiting crystals.
