摘要
研究两种抗生素类药物对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用.通过在LB琼脂平皿上贴药敏片,测量抑菌圈的直径来确定药物的抑菌作用.结果表明:在本试验浓度范围内,金黄色葡萄球菌对阿奇霉素颗粒和头孢克肟均较敏感,头孢克肟颗粒和阿奇霉素均在0.20g·mL-1时抑制作用最强,而在同等药物浓度下阿奇霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用较头孢克肟的抑菌作用强.
Surveillance on antibiotic resistance of Staphylococcus aureus strains was conducted by 2 antimicrobial drugs （Azithromycin Dispersible Tablets and Cefixime Granules ）. Staphylococcus aureus sensitivity test, which obtained from our laboratory was carried out by using the method dilute with the solid. The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus are all sensitive to the 2 antimicrobial drugs, when the drugs mass were 0.20g· mL^ -1 the highest inhibition appeard but when in the same drug mass the sequence of heir inhibitory effects is Azithromycin Dispersible, Cefixime Granules.
