摘要
在企业管理过程中,资金是影响企业未来发展的主要瓶颈,是价值链上最薄弱的一环,运用价值链管理理论,分析目前企业资金管理方面的问题,将资金管理上升到企业财务管理目标的战略高度,使得资金高效管理为价值链竞争提供强有力的保证。本文将价值链和资金管理结合起来,探讨我国企业如何在市场竞争中增强核心竞争能力。
In enterprise management process,money is influence enterprise future development,the main bottleneck in the value chain is the weakest link,using value chain management theory,analyses the present enterprise fund management issues,will fund management rose to enterprise financial management goal the strategic height of highly efficient management,make money for the competition to provide strong guarantee value chain.This paper will combine value chain and capital management,this paper discusses how Chinese enterprises in market competition to enhance the core competition ability.
