摘要
农村住宅建设是社会主义新农村建设工程中的一项重要内容。在广大农民进入住宅"小康"时代的同时,村镇住宅能源消费水平也同时发生着巨大变化。积极推进建筑节能,是国家的一项重要国策。和城市建筑一样,新农村住宅建筑的节能也是从建筑物自身(围护结构)、供热(或制冷)系统和运行管理等三个方面采取措施进行实现的。
Rural housing construction is an important part of the construction in new socialist countryside.While the majority of farmers are stepping into the times of ＂fairly comfortable residential buildings＂,energy usage of houses in villages and towns is also undergoing tremendous changes.Promoting actively residential energy efficiency is an important state policy of our country.Like the city building,energy-saving in new rural areas can be realized by taking measures in the following aspects,such as the building itself（maintenance of the structure）,heating（or cooling） system and operations management and so on.
