摘要
高等中医院校中医针灸外科学教学多以理论讲授为主,并受到教学资源的限制,学生实践操作能力较差。作者多年来通过丰富实训教学内容、尝试PBL等多元化教学模式、实施阶段性实践培训和多站式技能考核方法、加强教师临床技能等手段,不断完善中医针灸外科学实训教学体系,全面提高了学生的思维创新能力及中医外科临床技能。
The Theory teaching is the main way in the Chinese medicine acupuncture Surgery in Higher TCM Colleges,and the students’ practical operating abilities were poor because of the teaching resources limitation.The author has been perfected the Teaching Practical Training System of Chinese medicine acupuncture Surgery for years,by rich the Training Teaching content,try to use the multiple teaching such as PBL,carry out the practice training by stage and multistate skill examination method,as well as enhance the teachers’ clinical skills,which make overall improvement in students’ thinking innovative ability and the clinical skills of TCM Surgery innovative ability.
