介绍调制解调器芯片 Ｘ Ｒ２２０６ 和 Ｘ Ｒ２２１１ 的结构、工作原理及应用方法，并给出了一个远距离点对点通信的应用实例。
This paper introduces the structure and principle of the XR2206 & XR2211 modem chip.A method about how to use the modem chip is presented and an example in application in point to point communication for long-distance is given.
