摘要 为了寻求最优生产控制策略,引入延迟策略解决液晶面板产业生产策略问题,并与其他三种常见的生产控制策略进行对比研究。考虑了存货持有成本、缺货成本、生产能力、市场需求等条件,分别建立了接单后生产策略、面向库存生产策略、部分延迟策略和延迟生产策略四种不同策略下的企业利润模型,并采用粒子群优化算法对上述模型进行求解,通过对四种模型下实际数据的仿真计算和分析比较,为液晶面板生产控制策略的选择提供理论支持和选择依据。 To seek the optimized production control strategy, postponement strategy was introduced into the production process of Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display (TFT-LCD) industry, and was compared to three other production control strategies. With the holding cost, shortage cost, production capacity and market demands were taken into consideration, four enterprise profit models were constructed respectively for the strategies of make to order, postponement strategy, make to stock and partly postponement strategy. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm was used to solve those models. By testing and analyzing the practical data from simulations and comparison under four models, the results provided theoretical support and selection guidance for TFT-LCD production con- trol strategy.
