摘要
高级量测体系(AMI)是智能电网的重要基础,它的建设和完善是现代电网的研究重点。通过对AMI系统结构分析,提出了AMI系统中的主要信息通信形式和通信参与方,对系统中端到端通信存在的各种主要信息安全问题进行了分析。提出AMI系统中由偷电、漏电等收益保护问题引发的安全问题。阐明采用基于RSA加密算法的一次一密技术对数据进行处理,同时增加冗余字节,固定报文长度分组传输的通信方案来保证数据通信的安全性,达到收益保护的目的。
As one of the important foundations of smart grid,Advanced Metering System(AMI) has been a research priority for the modern power grid.This paper discusses about the main information communication forms and participants in the AMI system based on its structural analysis.Analysis is made about the various information security problems in the End to End communication of AMI system,especially those caused by such income protection failures as electric steal,leakage,etc.In order to guarantee the security of data communications and attain the income protection target,some countermeasures are proposed,namely,data processing based on one-time pad of RSA encryption algorithm,the redundancy byte increase,as well as fixed-length packet transmission.
