摘要
将水泥-石灰石粉样品置于不同温度质量分数为5%的MgSO4溶液中,研究温度对掺石灰石粉水泥基材料硫酸盐侵蚀的影响。结果表明:温度对掺石灰石粉水泥基材料硫酸盐侵蚀机理及性能退化影响显著。室温(20±1)℃下,样品发生钙矾石/石膏型硫酸盐侵蚀。低温(5±2)℃下,样品发生碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐侵蚀,腐蚀产物以碳硫硅钙石、石膏为主,材料性能劣化也更为严重。
Cement-limestone powder samples were immersed in 5% MgSO4(by mass) solution at different temperatures to investigate the effect of temperature on sulfate attack.The results show that:temperature significantly influences the corrosion mechanism of sulfate attack and performance degradation of cement-based materials doped with limestone powder.The sample takes place ettringite/gypsum type of sulfate attack at(20±1) ℃ room temperature after 12 months erosion.However,it takes place thaumasite form of sulfate attack(TSA) at(5±2) ℃ low temperature,and corrosion products are mainly thaumasite and gypsum.Besides,the performance degradation is more serious at low temperature than at room temperature under sulfate attack.
