A kind of intelligence controller is described, which is used in oil fired industrial boilers, and the build up of which is based on programmable controllers. Classification of the controller's parameters, function of the alarm system, ignition system and regular combussion system are described together with the build up of the hard ware and the system's logic design, as well as some of the key technical problems encountered in the hard and soft wares design.
