摘要
目的验证网格划痕术治疗乳癌术后顽固性皮下积液的可行性。方法治疗15例患者,观察术后恢复情况,了解网格划痕术的效果。结果 14例患者1周拔管,2周伤口愈合;1例患者3周拔管,随访6个月积液均未复发。结论网格划痕术效果佳,临床可行性强。
Objective To verify that the gridding scratch operation is able to cure the refractory subcutaneous fluid after the radical operation.Methods With the operation,we has treated 15 cases.By observation of the postoperative recovery of patients,we have knew the effect of the gridding scratch operation for the refractory subcutaneous fluid.Results In 15 cases,14 patients removed the drainage-tube after a week,the healing of incision cost about two weeks;1 patient removed the drainage-tube after three weeks.During 6 months of follow-up,subcutaneous fluid didn’t relapse.Conclusions The clinical trial suggests that it would be highly effective.It may be used widely.
