摘要
报道入波长薄层扫描法测定四川广缬草属植物（7种9个样品）中缬草三酯和乙酰缬草王酯的含量:λs=256nm,λR=355nm。7种缬草属植物中，唯蜘蛛香中含乙酰缬草三酯，所合缬草三酯也最多。
This paper reported the contents of valtrate and acevaltrate in nine samples from sevenspecies of Valeriana distributed in Sichuan province with CS-93O TLC scanner. The double wavelengthswere set at 256nm (As) and 355nm (λR ). Among the seven species acevaltrate had only detected inValeriana jatamansii and the content of valtrate in this species was also the highest in 7 species.
