摘要 文章在分析当今档案从业人员工作现状的前提下,指出了档案从业人员中普遍存在着缺乏责任意识和进取精神、缺乏主动沟通和团队精神等职业倦怠倾向,认为这主要是由于个人成就感的缺乏、职业本身的特点以及机械的工作内容等原因造成的,提出了提高档案职业吸引力的有效路径,即加大对档案工作重要性的宣传、创造条件为档案工作人员营造不断发展的空间、不断提高档案人员自身素质和职业信心等,为提高档案职业吸引力提供了一些借鉴。 The thesis,based on analyzing the status quo of archives work and archives professionals facing,points out the occupational lassitude is spreading among the archives professionals of less responsibility or enterprising spirit,and less active communication or team cooperation.The occupational features of archives work and monotonous work mode,as well as archives professional less sense of self-achievement,the author concludes,result in the occupational lassitude.Considering,the author probes to enhance the attraction of the archives work,by publicizing its importance more,and making more opportunities to promote,along with archives professional raising self-quality and professional confidence,etc.
