摘要
采用化学镀方法在α-Si3N4晶须表面镀覆了一层均匀的镍镀层,以保护氮化硅晶须在增强增韧复合材料时不被破坏。考察了温度、时间和pH值等对镀层增重和微观结构的影响;采用差热-热重分析(DTA),XRD,SEM及EDS对化学镀后的α-Si3N4晶须进行了结构、形貌以及成分分析,结果表明:α-Si3N4晶须表面镀覆了一层均匀的镍粒,镀层中含有一定量的磷,镀层为Ni-P复合镀层。镍镀层起到了保护晶须在高温高压等条件下不被破坏的作用。
Nickel grains were prepared on the surface of a-Si3N4 whisker by eleetroless plating technique. The purpose is to protect the a-Si3N4 whisker was not damaged in enhance toughening composite materials. The effect of temperature, time and pH valve on weight gain of coating and microstructure was investigated; Crystal structure, morpholoy and components of the a-Si3N4 whiskers powders after coated were analyzed by DTA, XRD, SEM and EDS. The result show that the nickel films are successfully coated on the surface of a-Si3N4 whiskers, the coating layer cotains most of the phosphorus. The plating layer is Ni-P composite plating. Nickel coating plays a role in protecting whisker without destroying in high temperature and high pressure conditions.
