基于AT89S51的新型电火花线切割机脉冲电源系统设计

摘要 在快走丝电火花线切割机的应用中,为解决传统脉冲电源对放电加工的速度、精度、稳定性等方面的不利影响,以性价比较高的AT89S51单片机为脉冲电源的处理器核心,结合高频信号放大及光耦输出电路、功率放大电路等,设计了新型电火花线切割机脉冲电源系统,并完成了整机安装。实践应用表明,该系统能够较好地适应各种加工条件,使切割加工过程具有较高的稳定性和优秀加工的品质。 In high speed wire cut electric discharge machine(WEDM-HS) application,to solve the traditional pulse power to have adverse effects for electric discharge machining's speed,accuracy,stability and etc,a new type of WEDM pulse power system was designed and implemented.Combined with high frequency signal amplifier and optocoupler output circuit,power amplifier circuit and etc,the high quality and reasonable price's AT89S51 microcontroller was used as the pulse power's processor core.Currently,the system's installation has completed.The practical applications show that the system can better adapt to all kinds of processing conditions,and make cutting process have higher stability and excellent quality.
