摘要
中国共产党的对俄交往史,在中共对外关系史中占有十分重要的位置。中共对俄交往分为三个部分:建国前的对苏交往、建国后到苏联解体前的对苏交往、苏联解体后对俄的交往。研究中共对俄关系史,有四条历史经验和教训值得汲取:党的对外交往必须准确把握时代特征和世界发展大势,必须正确处理好意识形态和国家利益的关系,必须正确处理好政党外交与政府外交的关系,必须遵循正确的党际关系原则。
The CPC＇s relationship with Russia has played a very important role in its foreign relations. This relationship can be divided into three parts： namely the relationship with the Soviet Union before the founding of the PRC; the relationship with the Soviet Union from the founding of the PRC to the disintegration of the Soviet Union; and the relationship with Russia after the disintegration of the Soviet Union. For those who study the CPC＇s relationship with Russia, there are four pieces of experience and lessons should be noted： The foreign relationship of a political party must be in accordance with the historical feature of the time and the general trend of the world. The foreign relationship of a political party must be based on the proper handling of the relationship between ideology and national interests. The foreign relationship of a political party must be based on the proper handling of the relationship between the party＇ s foreign policy and the government diplomacy. The foreign relationship of a political party must be guided by correct principle of party - to- party relations.
