简述了金属托架的零件结构特点及成形工艺;介绍了金属托架落料冲压模、一次弯曲模、二次弯曲模的模具结构特点,设计出合理的冲压模和弯曲模,重点说明设计要点。
The structural characteristics and forming process of metal bracket was briefly described.The structural characteristics of the die of metal bracket,including the metal stamping die,the first bending die and the second bending die,were introduced.The reasonable stamping die and bending die was designed,the design essentials were focused on.
