经皮心肺辅助循环在急重症心肺衰竭患者中的应用

摘要
经皮心肺辅助循环（PCPS）的治疗已成为治疗多种原因引起的心肺功能衰竭的有效方法，它使得一些普通治疗中无法逆转的心肺疾病的存活率显著提高，而随着生物医学工程技术的发展，其并发症的发生率亦趋降低。浙江省人民医院自2004年12月至2010年9月应用PCPS，治疗13例难治性急性心肺功能衰竭及危重冠心病心脏介入治疗的术中保护，现报道如下。
