摘要
迷宫螺旋泵是管道水力输送的关键设备,为了揭示其内部高浓度固液两相流动的规律,文章以固液两相流体力学理论为基础,在一定的简化与假设条件下,利用FLUENT中的前处理软件Gambit前处理器建立迷宫螺旋泵的几何模型,应用FLUENT计算流体力学分析软件及Realizable-k-ε模型,对水煤浆高速迷宫螺旋泵内部流场进行数值模拟和仿真,由模拟结果得知压力、速度、浓度、剪应力的分布情况,同时也对其内部的颗粒磨损机理进行了初步探讨。
The labyrinth screw pump is the key equipment in the hydraulic transportation piping system.In order to reveal the flow law of solid/liquid two-phase flow with high concentration in the interior system,the article based on solid/liquid two-phase hydrodynamics theory.The paper applied FLUENT analysis software and Realizable k-ε model to numerical simulating and simulation in a labyrinth screw pump interior flow field,the simulated result showed that pressure,velocity,volume fraction and shear stress in pump,the wear mechanism of the pump's interior was also preliminarily discussed.
