摘要
目的探讨利培酮治疗偏执型精神分裂症患者的精神阳性症状与外周血5-HT3AmRNA受体基因表达水平之间的关系,为新型抗精神药物治疗精神分裂症提供疗效依据。方法对36例首发未服抗精神病药治疗的偏执型精神分裂症患者口服利培酮治疗8周,于治疗前基线期及治疗后8周抽静脉血并评定PANSS及外周血5-HT3AmRNA相对表达量。结果利培酮治疗8周后外周血5-HT3AmRNA相对表达量的增加与PANSS阳性量表减分率呈正相关(R=0.492,P=0.02);按性别分层,利培酮治疗后外周血5-HT3AmRNA相对表达量的增加及PANSS阳性症状量表减分差异均无统计学意义。结论 5-HT3AmRNA外周血表达量的增加与偏执型精神分裂症患者阳性症状的减轻程度有关,且该改变性别差异无统计学意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between 5-HT 3A receptor gene expression in the peripheral blood in patients with schizophrenia and efficiency treated with risperidone,we did the study in order to offer the evidence of new drug＇s effect.Methods 36 patients with first-episode schizophrenia received risperidone treatment were recruited.Venous blood was collected at baseline and 8 weeks,and positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS）were assessed at the same time.Results After treated with risperidone for 8 weeks,5-HT 3A receptor mRNA relative expression in the peripheral blood in patients with schizophrenia increased and this change was positively related with the PANSS reduction rate.Based on gender stratification,there were no significant difference between 5-HT 3A receptor mRNA relative expression and the PANSS reduction rate.Conclusion The increasing of 5-HT 3A receptor mRNA in the peripheral blood were associated with the symptom relief in patients with schizophrenia-no gender difference.
