基于虚拟样机技术的提梁机主梁振动分析系统设计

摘要 根据提梁机的结构特点和工作原理,建立了提梁机主梁振动的力学模型,并给出了提梁机主梁振动分析系统的设计变量.在此基础上,运用ADAMS软件的参数化功能设计了提梁机主梁振动分析系统.通过450 t提梁机的仿真实例说明,该系统具有良好的用户界面,便于力学模型参数的设置与修改,可用于不同型号提梁机主梁振动的分析与研究. According to the structure characteristics and the operating principle of beam-carried cranes,the mechanical model of the main beam vibration of beam-carried cranes was established,and design variables of the main beam vibrating analysis system of beam-carried cranes were provided.On this basis,the main beam vibrating analysis system of beam-carried cranes was designed using parameterized functions of ADAMS software.The simulation example of 450 t beam-carried crane illustrated that the system had a good user interface and was convenient for setting and modifying parameters of the mechanical model and could be used to analyze and study different types of beam-carried cranes.
