摘要
变频器由于具有运行效率高、能实行电制动及无级调速、正反转切换、大负载启动、节能效果显著等优点,在煤矿井下获得了广泛的应用。但它的非线性、冲击性的用电方式带来的干扰问题日益引起人们的重视。如何使其满足电磁兼容的要求已是目前较为主要的问题。电磁兼容是一项系统性工程,由于煤矿井下环境特殊,各种干扰源的电磁辐射很复杂,要完全消除电磁噪声干扰又是不可能的,这就需要采取多种技术措施,从各个环节减少和防止干扰。为满足电磁兼容要求,对煤矿井下变频器在电磁兼容方面的问题进行粗略的分析,并提出了一些抗干扰对策。
Frequency converter has been widely applied in underground coal mine field due to its unique advantages.For example,it operates efficiently,it can conduct electric braking and perform step-less speed variation;it has two-way reversing switch and can start operating under a heavy load.It also has remarkable energy-saving effect.But its power consumption mode of non-linearity and impact nature has brought to interference problems,which attracts the attention gradually.As a result,the solution relies on how to achieve the electromagnetic compatibility in frequency converter.Achieving electromagnetic compatibility isn′t simple and requires a systematic analysis and speculation.Since underground coal mine has its unique working environment which is exposed to multiple electromagnetic interference and various sources of disturbance,it is almost impossible to entirely eliminate those interferences.We need to rely on every possible technology and method to reduce the impact of those interferences.This article discussed the application of underground coal mine frequency converter,a brief analysis on how to achieve its electromagnetic compatibility was provided,too,and some anti-interference measures were also proposed.
