摘要
溴氰菊酯对大型(氵蚤)的半数运动受抑制浓度值(EC_(50)),24、48和96小时分别为0.113、0、31和0.03μg/L;半数致死浓度(LC_(50))值,24、48和96小时分别为0.133、0.038和0.01μg/L,其毒性比汞离子还大。作者认为,大型(氵蚤)生物测试法是快速、灵敏、经济、可靠的,值得推广应用。
The water flea Daphnia magna Straus is the most commonly used and the most sensitive zooplankton sepecies in environmental toxicological tests. The studies of toxicity test of Deltame thrin applying Daphnia magna Straus as a test organism was introduced in this paper. Results show ed that the 24h EC50 values(Median effectire concentration) at 24h, 48h and 96h were 0.133ug/L, 0.0375ug/L and 0.0031ug/L for Daphnia magna respectively. The calculated LC50 values ( Lethal concentration fifty) at 24h, 48h and 96h were 0.133ug/L, 0.031ug/L and 0.01ug/L for Daphnia magna respectively. The result showed that the Deltamethrin was highly toxic to aquanisms. Author suggested that methods of Daphnia magna bioassey were rapid, economical and sencitive in environmental toxicological monitory.
