摘要 以ANSYS软件为平台,结合某架空索道塔架有限元模型的建立过程,对建立计算模型的一些基本方法进行了探讨。根据建立有限元模型时,既要保证计算精度又要控制模型规模的原则,通过细节特征的删除、降维、结构的等效处理等一系列方法手段,运用直接生成法建立该索道塔架的计算模型,并以试验验证了该计算模型的有效性,说明建立的力学模型既满足工程精度、又能反映结构力学特性,充分说明使用此种方法建立计算模型是非常方便的,也是完全可行的。 Using finite element analysis software ANSYS,taking a finite element modeling of aerial ropeway stand as example,some basic skills to build finite element models had been studied in the paper.According to the principle of ensuring the precision and controlling model size when building the finite element model,the calculation model of the ropeway tower is built by the method of direct generating,through a series of methods such as the deletion of detailed features,reducing dimensions and equivalent treatment of structure.And A experimentation given to show that the finite element model is effective.The built mechanical model can not only meet the engineering accuracy but also reflect the structural mechanics characteristic.It is fully explained that such means of building the calculation model is very convenient and also completely viable.
