摘要
在试验室条件下设计出一套简易模拟装置,通过改变环境参数(温度、气压)考察煤水分析出速率受环境变化的影响。研究结果表明,在环境温度恒定条件下,降低环境空气压力(提高环境真空度)至该温度下水分饱和压力以下时,随着两者差值的加大,水分析出速率增大;在环境气压恒定条件下,提高环境温度至该气压下水分饱和温度以上时,随着两者差值的加大,水分析出速率增大;煤中水分的析出速率受环境中水蒸气浓度的影响,在常压状态下,保持环境中空气的流动能及时携带走煤表面的水蒸气,有利于煤中水分的析出。
A complete set of simple and easy simulation facility has been designed under condition in the laboratory.Through changing the environmental parameters,i.e.temperature and pressure,the influence of ambient air pressure upon separating out behavior of the water content in coal has been investigated.Results of study show that as in the following:(1)under condition of constant ambient temperature,decrease of ambient air pressure i.e.increase of ambient vacuum,to below the saturation pressure of water content under said temperature,the separating out rate of water content increases as the difference value between them increases;(2)under condition of constant air pressure,increase of ambient temperature to above the saturation temperature of water content under said air pressure,the separating out rate of water content increases as the difference value between them increses.The separating out rate of water content in coal is affected by the concentration of ambient water vapour,under condition of constant pressure,maintaining the flow energy of ambient air and timely carry away the water vapour from surface of coal,it is favourable to separate out the water content in ocal.
