摘要
在表面粗糙度测量中,夹杂在工件表面原始轮廓信号中的噪声对粗糙度测量值的影响较大。为了滤除噪声,并精确地获得高斯滤波中线,将自适应滤波技术应用到表面粗糙度测量领域,并采用Matlab语言对其进行仿真试验。仿真结果表明:这种自适应滤波方法具有良好的降噪效果,测量效果较为理想,应用前景十分广阔。
In the process of measuring the surface roughness,the noise mixed in the surface profile signal of workpiece has a great impact on the measured values.In order to filter noise and accurately obtain the midline of Gaussian filtering,the self-adaptive filtering technique was applied in the field of measuring the surface roughness.It was simulated with Matlab.The simulation results show that using the self-adaptive filtering method,better denoising effect and satisfactory measured results can be achieved.It has very broad prospects for application.
