摘要
车削中心可有效提高生产效率和加工精度,使用车削中心进行钻孔、攻丝、铣削等加工需要采用自身具有独立动力源的动力刀座。设计了一种以行星轮系为主传动机构的车削中心用增速动力刀座,该刀座具有传动效率高、体积小、质量轻、刚度好等显著优点。
The production efficiency and machining precision can be improved effectively by the turning center.The driven tool holder with the supply of turning center own independent power source was needed for process of drilling,tapping and milling used by turning center.A planetary gear transmission mechanism mainly by the turning center-based growth momentum of driven tool holder was designed;which has notably advantages of high transmission efficiency,small size,light weight,and stiffness and so on.
