摘要
就施工企业在工程项目投标报价、签订施工合同、工程施工、竣工结算全过程的工程造价管理进行了探讨,提出在不同阶段应采取相应的措施,有效地控制工程造价,降低施工成本。
This article probes into whole process management of project cost of tender offers of construction projects, signing construction contract, project construction, and completion settlement of construction enterprises, and puts forward corresponding measures that should be taken at different stages for effectively controlling the project cost and reducing the construction cost.
