摘要
目的评价热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索万方、维普数据库,收集热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的随机对照研究,对符合纳入标准的研究进行M eta分析。结果检索到相关文献11篇,共1 528例患者。8项研究中热毒宁注射液组疗效（96.03%）优于利巴韦林注射液组（84.77%）,综合检验Z=6.23,OR合并值3.67（95%C I为2.44~5.53）,P〈0.01;3项研究中热毒宁注射液＋基础药物治疗组有效率（90.77%）明显高于基础药物对照组（62.56%）,综合检验Z=6.60,OR合并值4.88（95%C I为3.05~7.81）,P〈0.01。结论热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效显著优于利巴韦林,且无明显不良反应。但由于目前的临床研究质量较低,尚需进行严格的、多中心的随机双盲对照研究加以证实。
Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect and safety of Reduning injection on infantile rotaviral enteritis.Methods Databases,including Chinese Hospital Digital Database and VIP,were searched,and randomized controlled trials of Reduning injection for infantile rotaviral enteritis were collected.Meta-analysis of the included trials was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of Reduning injection.Results A total of 1 528 patients involved in 11 papers was searched.The effective of Reduning injection group（96.03%） was better than virazole injection（84.77%）（Z=6.23,OR 3.67,95% confidence interval 2.44~5.53,P0.01）,effective power of Reduning injection group（90.77%） was higher than basic treatment group（62.56%）（Z=6.60,OR 4.88,95% confidence interval 3.05~7.81,P0.01）.Conclusion Therapeutic effect of Reduning injection on infantile rotaviral enteritis is significantly better than that of virazole injection,and no obvious untoward reaction.Large-scale and well-designed clinical trial is needed to give more persuasive evidence to prove the efficacy of Reduning injection.
