摘要
设计并实现了一种新型的ICAI系统.该系统以自动推理技术为基础,利用化学知识库,不仅实现了ICAI的知识集散功能,还成功地实现了知识揭示功能.不同于常规ICAI的单纯检索-播放作用,该系统还具有化学用语层次上的人-机交互、基于自动推理的化学式与中文名称的双向翻译、化学问题求解等多种智能功能.该系统还具有开放性,可以让用户在使用中调整系统的性能、补充存储的知识信息.该文比较了新型系统与流行的常规系统的主要异同点。
An new type of the ICAI system for chemistry has been designed and implemented. The system is based on the automated reasoning with an efficient knowledge base [3] , contrasting to the conventional ICAI that is only depended on the database and its retrieval technology. It is an open system of knowledge processing [2] rather than an electronic book. The user can ask question or construct chemical problem through interactive communication at the level of chemical terminology, and the system can solve the problem or answer the question through the chemical terminology understanding and by the automated reasoning. Some useful new tools with intelligence based on automated reasoning are also attached to the system, such as the two ways translator of chemical formula and Chinese, the unique chemical calculator etc. In addition, The system provides more opportunities for users to acquire living knowledge through participating and for the system itself to renew its storage of knowledge and to improve its performances of automated reasoning through its interactive functions. It is possible for this ICAI system to gain higher ratio of information delivery/storage than ever before. The system has manifested its advantages to reveal the knowledge in the educational sense more effectively and conveniently.
