摘要
供水管道泄漏时在漏点产生声波信号,根据安装在管道上不同位置的两个传感器所接收到该声波的时间差便可估计漏点位置。结合管道环境噪声特点,设计了基于高阶累积量的管道检漏定位系统,该系统结合了单片机、程控滤波器与无线通信技术,可快捷、高效地检测管道泄漏情况。测试结果表明,该系统的检测结果具有较高的可靠性和精确性。
Water supply pipeline leakage generates a sound wave signal at leakage point. The leakage position can be estimated from the time difference between the leakage sounds received by two sensors installed at the different points of the pipeline. Combined with the characteristic of the pipeline ambient noise, a leakage detection and location system is designed based on the higher-order cumulants. With the monolithic integrated circuit, program-controlled filter and wireless communication, the system can quickly and effectively detect pipeline leakage situation. The test results indicate that the detection result of the system has the high reliability and accuracy.
