摘要
提出了一种结构简单、损耗小、阻带宽的新型异向介质单元。在对该异向介质单元进行等效电路分析的基础上,研究了其结构参数对电磁波传输的影响,并利用S-参数提取法对其等效磁导率和介电常数进行了提取,揭示了该异向介质单元的带阻工作原理并进一步验证了其等效电路和分析的合理性。采用该异向介质单元设计出的截止频率为9.6 GHz的波导高通滤波器具有非常紧凑的尺寸(20.00 mm×22.86 mm×10.16 mm)、小于0.17 dB的通带损耗和陡峭的阻带过渡曲线,这是常规介质滤波器所无法比拟的。
A novel metamaterial unit with simple structure,low loss and broad stopband was proposed.Through analyzing the equivalent circuit of the unit,the effects of structure parameters of the unit on the travel of electromagnetic wave were investigated,and the equivalent permeability and permittivity of the unit were extracted using the S-parameter retrieval method.This not only shows the band-stop mechanism of the unit but also further proves the reliability of the equivalent circuit and analysis.A waveguide high-pass filter(with a cut-off frequency of 9.6 GHz) fabricated with the unit shows a small size of 20.00 mm×22.86 mm×10.16 mm,a transmission loss below 0.17dB and a high selectivity,which are far better than those of normal filters.
