摘要
针对无线射频传输距离有限的缺点,提出一种利用GPRS网络和分簇结构的WSN实现远距离数据传输的管道腐蚀远程监测系统设计方案.设计了多功能的低功耗WSN节点,并提出适用于管道腐蚀实时监测的链式路由、簇内基于TDMA的MAC协议和以RTC为基准的时间同步机制.测试结果表明节点采集数据误差在4mV以内,簇头和传感节点最大工作电流分别为300mA和170mA,休眠时电流都小于65uA,满足实际监测需求,在远程监测应用中取得了良好的效果.
For the limitation of distance of RF transmission,this paper proposes a design of PCRMS(Pipeline Corrosion Remote Monitoring System) which implements long-distance wireless communication between WSN nodes and control room by combining GPRS network with cluster-based wireless sensor network.The multifunctional and low-power WSN nodes are designed,and the system adopts chain routing,the MAC protocol which based on TDMA in clusters and RTC-based time synchronization which are adapted to PCRMS.Test results show that acquired data error is less than 4mV.For cluster-head and nodes,the maximum work current is 300mA and 170mA respectively,and sleep mode current are both less than 65uA.It can fulfill the need of real monitoring,and achieves good results in remote monitoring application.
