摘要
本轮危机中各国采取联合救市的国际协调措施,不仅是为了取得合作收益的最大化,而且受到几大因素的制约。这些制约因素使得实施国际协调过程中面临国际协调收益的不确定性、调整成本的分担难以划分以及经济全球化演进的内生机制的挑战。为此,本文提出了建立"全球治理中心"机制、各国利益获取遵循取之有道原则等建议,以使国际经济秩序沿着合理的方向发展。
It is considered in this paper,Many countries in this crisis adopt measures to coordinate international cooperation is not only to obtain the most revenue maximization,and the key is due to some factors.These factors makes the implementation of international coordination face many challenges,such as income uncertainty,how to adjust the share of costs,as well as to the evolution of the evolution mechanism in economic globalization.This paper proposes to establish ＂global governance mechanism;and the national interest of reasonable principles for follow international coordination,in order to make the international economic order toward the reasonable development direction.
