摘要
目的调查儿科患者满意度以改进医疗服务。方法对2009年4月~2010年3月期间的患者家属进行问卷调查。结果患者家属对医护人员态度和专业技术较满意,但对住院环境和医院设施普遍不满意。结论改善住院条件,增加医疗设施,持续改进医疗服务有助于提高儿科住院患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the degree of patient satisfaction in pediatric ward in order to improve health care services. Method We collected some questionnaires answered by family members of hospitalized children during April 2009 to March 2010 in our pediatric ward. Result The attitude of medical staff and their professional skills received higher satisfaction, but the hospital environment and hospital facilities were not satisfied. Conclusion It maybe a good way to improve pediatric inpatient satisfaction by improving the conditions of public hospitals, increasing medical facilities, and improving medical services continuously.
