膨润土复合光催化剂降解糖蜜酒精废液研究 被引量:1

摘要 以广西宁明膨润土为基质材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法微波辐射下制备了金属离子掺杂的TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂并用于降解糖蜜酒精废液,考察了复合光催化剂制备条件、糖蜜酒精废液的pH值、催化剂用量及糖蜜酒精废液初始浓度等因素对糖蜜酒精废液脱色率的影响。研究表明,铁离子掺杂的TiO2/膨润土光催化剂对糖蜜酒精废液降解效果最好,当Fe-TiO2/膨润土中TiO2负载量为35%,Fe3+离子掺杂浓度为0.20%,焙烧温度为550℃时,Fe-TiO2/膨润土光催化活性最高。在废液原始pH值,催化剂用量为2.5 g/L,光照120 min,糖蜜酒精废液稀释30倍的条件下,废液脱色率可达82.94%。 Bentonite from Ningming, Guangxi province was used as raw material to prepare metal ions doped TiO2/bentonite composite photocatalyst ,using sol-gel method under'microwave irradiation. The influence factors of molasses alcohol wastewater such as the preparation conditions of photocatalyst, pH value of molasses alcohol wastewater, photocatalyst dosage and initial concentration of molasses alcohol were studied. The results showed that the degradation of Fe^3+ doped TiO2foentonite photocatalyst was the best. When Fe-TiO2foentonite with 0.20% Fe^3+ doped, 35% TiO2 loading and calcined at 550℃ the Fe-TiO2foentonite photocatalyst's activity was the highest. At the original pH value, the dosage of photocatalyst was 2.5g/L, irradiated 120min, diluted 30 times, the degradation ratio could reach 82.94%.
