摘要
提出了一种无线传感器网络通信的低压断路器智能控制器的设计思路和实现方案,介绍了智能低压断路器的无线传感器网络通信体系结构、工作原理和智能控制器的硬件电路和软件,给出了智能低压断路器无线传感器网络通信结构图、智能控制器硬件电路简图、低压断路器内部状态检测电路简图、操作与分合闸电路简图、无线传感网络通信处理电路简图和软件流程图。该智能控制器能够实现低成本远程无线通信,具有功能完善、高性价比、高可靠性的特点,并且具有显著的工程应用价值。
The design and realization of an intelligent controller for low voltage circuit breaker based on wireless sensor networks communication are presented.The architecture and operating principle of wireless sensor networks for intelligent low voltage circuit breaker,and the hardware circuit and software of the intelligent controller are introduced.The structure chart of wireless sensor networks for low voltage circuit breaker,the hardware circuit diagram of the intelligent controller,the detecting circuit diagram for the interior state of low voltage circuit breaker,the circuit diagram of operation and switch on-off,the communication processing circuit diagram for wireless sensor networks,and the software flow chart are given.The intelligent controller has the features such as strong function,high cost performance,and high reliability.It can realize remote monitoring at low cost by wireless sensor networks,and has huge practical significance.
