摘要
目的:探讨临床带教中护理技术操作考核方法的改进与实施效果。方法:我院眼科自2007年起在临床带教中对实习护生实施改进的护理技术操作考核方法,即在护理技术操作考核结束之后实习护生作自我评价,带教老师点评,考核组老师点评,护士长作最后点评。结果:在临床带教中对实习护生实施改进的护理技术操作考核方法之后,不仅强化了实习护生的护理技术操作程序,而且巩固了护理专业知识,患者满意度也得到了提高。结论:在临床带教工作中,实施改进的护理技术操作考核方法,大大调动了护生和带教老师的主观能动性,明显提高了带教效果。
Objective： To investigate the effects of a comprehensive nursing skills evaluation methods.Methods： Since 2007,intern nurses in the ophthalmology department have been evaluated by a comprehensive methods including self evaluation,judgments by the group leader and nurse-in-charge.Results： after the application the of new skill evaluation methods,the interns skills were improved and patients′ satisfactory were raised.Conclusions： Both interns and supervisors were motivated to improve their nursing skills.
