摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2005年1月~2009年1月我院收治的肱骨外科颈骨折59例,观察组实施闭合复位微创穿针夹板外固定并中药早期干预治疗32例,对照组仅实施闭合复位微创穿针夹板外固定手术治疗27例。结果：参照肩关节Neer功能百分评分方法,两组在疼痛、主动活动能力及活动范围、稳定性及患者自我评价等五个项目上差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的治愈率以及好转率明显高于对照组,而其并发症发生率则明显低于对照组。结论：闭合复位微创穿针夹板外固定并中西医早期干预治疗肱骨外科颈骨折具有疗效满意、并发症少,安全可靠等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of combination therapy of western medicine and TCM on fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods： Clinical dates of 59 patients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus admitted from Jan.2005 to Jan.2009 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 32 patients in observation group received the closed reduction,minimally invasive external fixation with pinning splints and early Chinese medicine treatment,while 27 patients in control group received the surgical treatment only.Results： According to Neer shoulder function scale,there were significant differences in pain,activity of active movement,movement range,stability and self-evaluation（P0.05）.The cure rate and improvement rate were higher,and the incidence of complication was significantly lower in observation group.Conclusions： The combination therapy of closed reduction minimally invasive external fixation with pinning splints and early Chinese medicine treatment is more effective,safer and of fewer complication.It is worthy extensive clinical application.
